Q. Do I Have To Pay Your Fee Even If The Property Does Not Sell?
No. Our fee is taken in 2 parts. The upfront part covers all of the upfront costs, the balance of the fee is only payable upon successful settlement.
Q. What Is A 30 Day Feature Property Listing On realestate.com Mean?
A feature property listing sits above a standard listing and attracts twice as many views as a standard listing. One 30 day upgrade to a feature listing is included in your fee. Extra 30 day feature upgrades can be added, please talk to your Direct Move agent regarding costs.
Q. Will You Provide Support When It Comes To Negotiating The Sales Price?
We are engaged as your agent and handle all negotiations on your behalf. As you will be interacting directly with buyers you are free to discuss price with them, however, your Direct Move agent will be best placed to negotiate on your behalf.
Q. Do I Have To Do Home Opens?
No, you are in control of who views your property and when. Naturally, if you are serious about selling you will accommodate appointments whenever your schedule allows. If you are time poor throughout the week and would like to schedule a time on any given day, not just a weekend day, then having a time slot on a given day may prove to be beneficial for you.
Q. Is A ‘For Sale’ Sign Included In Our Fee?
A standard 1200mmx900mm ‘For Sale’ sign is included in our fee. If you are interested in upgrading to a photo board or larger sign please ask your Direct Move agent who can provide you with a quote.
